I’m picky when it comes to cookies. I’ve ordered from more than 40 cookie companies online in the last 16-18 months, and I am always looking for the next “best” cookie that doesn’t weigh 4 pounds and have a gallon of caramel pour out it when I break the cookie in half. A cookie should not be a 4000 calorie dessert that feeds 18 people.
Ray’s cookies make my Top 5 list, and that list is pretty exclusive, including iconic cookies like Levain. I ordered 8 different flavors, and as great as they all were (not one was bad), the Caramel/Toffee cookie, the Ube cookie, and the Cookies and Cream were my favorites. I will be ordering again very soon.
