Refund policy

Due to the perishable cookies we offer, we cannot accept returns. Once your order payment is complete we will not be able to refund you. If there is something wrong with your shipment when it arrives please take pictures right away of the shipping box and product damage to cs@rays-cookies.com with your Tracking & Order Number. We will do our best to make it right.
