RAY'S COOKIES Promise: If you don't love your cookies, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your cookies and we'll do our best to make it right.
Why do I have to order atleast 2 cookies?
Because one simply isn't enough! Our cookies are so rich, gooey, and irresistible that you'll want to savor one now and have another for later. Or better yet, share the indulgence and make someone's day! Either way, you'll be glad you have two!
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide throughout the USA. If you're interested in shipping our cookies outside the United States, please contact us.
How long will my cookies last? Our cookies are freshly baked and shipped. We recommend eating your cookies as soon as possible but they may be kept fresh for up to 14 days in a sealed airtight container. You can also freeze the cookies and enjoy them at a later time.
Reheat cookies in the microwave for 15 seconds or in your oven for 2 minutes at 325 degrees.
I have a food allergies, can I still eat your cookies?
We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen on shared equipment. All of which process dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. We know how serious allergies are and we care about your safety, so we want to be transparent. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy we recommend consulting with your doctor for further guidance before consuming.
What size are the cookies?
Shortbread cookies are 2.70 - 3.0 oz.
All other cookie products are 3.00 oz - 3.50 oz.
Shipping policy
Customers are responsible to ensure the correct address is provided for the shipping address. Our products are perishable and is intended to reach it's destination as soon as possible to maintain freshness. Reorders due to undelivered packages may incur process & handling fees, shipping fees, and/or repurchasing of the products again.
What is the return policy?
Due to the perishable cookies we offer, we cannot accept returns. Once your order payment is complete we will not be able to refund you. If there is something wrong with your shipment when it arrives please take pictures right away of the shipping box and product damage to cs@rays-cookies.com with your tracking & order number. We will do our best to make it right.
